I am having the same issue and Microsoft Office Diagnostics found no problems.
I am running Excell 2007 on a Dell Precision M90 with Windows XP Professional Version 2002, Service Pack 3 and I CANNOT use Excell if I am connected to our internal network. The problem seems only to effect my workstation, and has only been an issue since we started using Windows Small Business Server 2008. I have seen many discussions on line that suggest that this is a somewhat common problem, but none of the solutions offered have resolved the issue. Please let me know what I can do to be able to use this software while connected to the office network.
